Meet Claudia B. Batarseh, Esq.

Claudia B. Batarseh is a partner of Batarseh Pammer PLLC, a boutique litigation firm concentrating in Matrimonial and Family Law, Criminal Law, and Traffic Law cases.

Ms. Batarseh earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Touro Law Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While at Touro, Ms. Batarseh was the Associate Editor in Chief of the Moot Court Honors Board, a member of the Criminal Law Society and a member of the Family Law Society.

Currently, Ms. Batarseh holds admission to the New York State Bar, the New Jersey State Bar, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She is currently a member of the New York State Bar, the Suffolk County Matrimonial Bar, and the Nassau County Matrimonial Bar.

From the inception of Ms. Batarseh’s legal career, she has primarily focused on all aspects of matrimonial, family, criminal, and traffic law cases.

Ms. Batarseh has worked at several boutique Matrimonial and Family Law firms where she has represented countless clients with family issues including divorces, child custody, family offense petitions, equitable distribution, and support matters. 

As a privately retained criminal defense attorney, Ms. Batarseh has successfully defended matters in New York District and Federal Court and New Jersey Municipal and State Courts. Ms. Batarseh has handled DWIs, drug offenses, petit and grand larceny, driving with a suspended license, orders of protection, along with many other offenses. Ms. Batarseh interned at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office which has given her distinctive insight into defending criminal matters as she has seen the case from the other side. 

Ms. Batarseh has successfully fought all types of moving violations including speeding tickets, red lights, lane change violations, driving with a suspended license and many others throughout New York State.
